Referent
The program is governed by three bodies: the Steering Committee (COPIL), the Scientific Council (CS) and the Strategic Orientation Committee (COS). The Steering Committee is responsible for ensuring that the Sycomore program runs smoothly and that monitoring is improved. It is the decision-making body for day-to-day organizational matters. The Scientific Advisory Board is a consultative body that provides an outside perspective on the scientific positioning of PREDA’s projects and on possible future developments (in terms of research, strategic partnerships and socio-economic development). The Strategic Steering Committee is the program’s decision-making body on program strategy and implementation. It guarantees the coherence and efficiency of the Sycomore project.
